Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at  hello@wilsongerard.com

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: Fully refundable with no fees.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours:
    • A 30% fee for lab-grown diamond jewelry will apply. These fees cover restocking and operational costs incurred during order preparation.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for your convenience. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be:
    • In the same condition as received, unworn, and unused.
    • Accompanied by original tags and packaging.
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Exclusions:
    • Custom or personalized orders.
    • Eternity bands or items made to order.
    • Items on sale or purchased during a sale event.
    • Products with visible physical damage caused post-delivery.

Restocking Fees for Returns:

Since all Wilson Gerard jewelry is handcrafted, a restocking fee applies to all eligible returns:

  • 30% fee for lab-grown diamond jewelry.

If the returned piece requires extensive cleaning or repair or cannot be resold, an additional fee may be charged based on the work required.


Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your ring for a different size or design, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your piece.

  • Restocking fees apply:
    • 30% for lab-grown diamond jewelry.
  • The remaining balance will be applied toward your new purchase. Any price differences will also be charged.
  • Exchanges are limited to one exchange per piece. Credits are non-transferable to future purchases.

Refund Policy

We will notify you of the approval status once we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note: Bank or credit card processing times may delay the appearance of the refund in your account.

 Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We highly recommend using a traceable shipping service and insuring your package.
  • Wilson Gerard Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Resizing Policy

We understand the importance of a perfect fit. Wilson Gerard Jewelry offers resizing services for rings with the following limitations:

  • Rings can be resized by a maximum of one full size up or down.
  • Resizing is not available for eternity bands or designs featuring intricate shank settings.

In some cases, we may recommend exchanging your ring for a new one in your desired size to maintain the design's integrity. Shipping costs for resizing or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
