Our Promise

  • Complimentary Repairs: We stand by the quality of our work and will repair your jewelry at no additional labor cost within the first two years of ownership (excluding focal stone replacement). After this period, we will continue to repair your jewelry for a small labor or material fee.
  • Free Cleaning & Inspection: Send your jewelry to us anytime for a free thorough cleaning and inspection to ensure it stays radiant and in excellent condition.
  • Damage Assessment: If your piece sustains damage beyond normal wear and tear, our repair specialists will evaluate the work needed and communicate any associated costs before proceeding.

Warranty Limitations

While we strive to offer the best care, the following limitations apply to our Lifetime Warranty:

  1. Replacement of Lost Center/Focal Stones:

    • The warranty does not cover the replacement of lost or damaged center stones. We highly recommend insuring your jewelry for added protection in such cases.
    • For unique stones, we will do our best to replace them with a comparable option, but variations in color, type, or size may occur due to availability.
  2. Third-Party Repairs:

    • The warranty is void if the piece is resized, polished, or repaired by a third-party jeweler. To preserve the integrity of your jewelry, please contact us directly for any servicing needs.
  3. Shipping and Customs Fees:

    • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (to and from Wilson Gerard Jewelry) for cleaning, inspection, and repair services.
    • International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees associated with repairs or returns.

Normal Wear and Tear

  • If your jewelry shows signs of normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches or slight loosening of settings), this is natural for fine jewelry worn daily.
  • Repairs that go beyond normal wear and tear will incur additional costs for labor and materials.
