Our manufacturing time is up to 2 business weeks, which allows us to meticulously craft your custom piece.

Rush Service:

Shipping Information

Shipping Partners:
We use UPS and FedEx as our trusted shipping partners to deliver your jewelry to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Both carriers ensure reliable and secure delivery. We deliver our jewelry all over the world.

Shipping Time:

  • Once your jewelry is ready and shipped, the delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and customs procedures.

Duties and Taxes:
The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes collected by the local government upon delivery. These charges vary depending on the country and customs laws. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Insurance:
We fully insure all shipments for the final purchase price. Your jewelry will be protected during transit until it reaches your doorstep, where a signature will be required upon delivery to confirm receipt.

Delivery Exceptions:

  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier due to circumstances such as severe weather or other unexpected conditions.
  • No PO Box Shipping: Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes. Ensure that a valid street address is provided during checkout for timely delivery.
