- Cancellations after 24 hours:
- A 30% fee for lab-grown diamond jewelry will apply. These fees cover restocking and operational costs incurred during order preparation.

We offer a 30-day return policy for your convenience. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be:
- In the same condition as received, unworn, and unused.
- Accompanied by original tags and packaging.

- Eternity bands or items made to order.
